Subscription & Cancellation

Your first sample week is free. No card required. It is not an auto-converting trial. You can create a sample before deciding whether to subscribe.

The active DinnerPilot offer is $49 per year — less than $1 per week, plus any applicable taxes. It renews annually unless you cancel. You are charged when you complete the platform-hosted checkout, not when you generate a free sample. A monthly $5.99 plan is not currently available through the implemented checkout flow.

After signing in, open Billing to view the plan information currently available and use the platform-hosted billing path when it is provided for your subscription. The current MVP does not yet expose an in-app renewal date or self-service cancellation control for every provider-owned subscription. If the billing page does not show a cancellation option, send a Billing/Subscription request through Contact & Support.

Payment retries, failed-payment notices, taxes, receipts, and payment-method controls are handled by the platform-hosted payment provider where supported. DinnerPilot does not currently offer plan changes or a published automated refund flow. For a billing issue or refund request, use Contact & Support; eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the payment provider's capabilities.
