Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter these terms. DinnerPilot currently supports password-based accounts; it does not represent that Google or Facebook sign-in is available.

DinnerPilot provides personalized meal-planning tools, including curated and AI-assisted selection or adaptation where available. Suggestions, imported data, quantities, labels, prices, and timings can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing recipes and ingredients, checking current labels and formulations, preventing cross-contact, and safely handling, cooking, and storing food. DinnerPilot is not medical, dietitian, or allergy advice.

Your private recipes and third-party recipe imports remain private to your account. DinnerPilot retains the source URL but does not automatically claim imported recipes, turn them into community content, or add them to the curated library. Public third-party recommendations are attribution-and-link-first; do not copy protected photos or expressive recipe text without rights. To publish a user-created recipe, you must confirm you have the right to share it. You can unpublish or delete your posts, and other users can report content for review.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, try to access another person's account or private content, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use DinnerPilot to violate applicable law. DinnerPilot and its authorized content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you create, subject to the limited permission needed to display a community post while it remains public.

Subscription terms are described on the Subscription & Cancellation page and at checkout. Third-party services, payment providers, and external recipe sites have their own terms. DinnerPilot may change, suspend, or end features where reasonably necessary, and may suspend accounts for misuse. To the extent permitted by law, DinnerPilot is provided without guarantees and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim. Governing law, venue, and dispute wording require owner and legal review before reliance.
